Namaste

Namaste. I honor the place in you where the universe rests. I honor the place in you, where, if you are in that place in you and I am in that place in me, there is only one of us. Namaste.

Truly one of my favorite words, and one that I am trying to ground each and every interaction I attempt with people, with nature, with things on.

To realize namaste is to finally be able to experience life at its core. Life as pure energy.

At the core of everything is that energy, that Light.

Some call that energy God. Some Love, some call it Kindness.

To breathe namaste is to find your limits extended, or to find these limits crumble like dust walls. You are not mere human, no mere flesh.

Not just thought. Not even just insight.

You are Spirit, boundless, good, kind.

To realize this is to see it in everything "else" ... To begin to see that everything is also Spirit, boundless, good and kind ...

To live that until there is no Other.

Until there is no "else".

Until All is One...

Namaste.

And you can sit in the blissful samadhi that is Oneness forever...

...until even Good merges with that which is Not-Good. Light with Not-Light. Kindness with Not-Kindness. And One merges with that which is Not-One.

And then nothing remains.

Emptiness.

Namaste.
